[Translate to en:]

It's official - as of April 1, Amadeus Lederle will be the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CSP. Right at the beginning of his term of office, we had the pleasure of asking him a few questions in an interview. Today we would like to present a small excerpt from this interview, which gives you a taste of the fascinating insights you can expect!
We took the opportunity to celebrate the upcoming career leap and conduct an interview with Amadeus. We don't want to withhold a few highlights from it:

🔍 Innovation is right at the top of the agenda at CSP. Are there any particular opportunities or trends that you would like to focus on in particular?

💡 "We have been looking closely at the new and upcoming legislation in the IT, AI and cyber security sectors. I personally find this extremely exciting, as it is particularly important for our customers to offer the right solutions here. Our portfolio is geared towards this. It will be crucial to stay on the ball in the coming years - both for our customers and for us as a software provider. I also see enormous potential in the use of artificial intelligence. With over 30 years of experience in data processing in the mission-critical area of the automotive industry, we have almost unlimited possibilities for training models. We are currently working on a project in the field of predictive maintenance. By using AI and our data, tools used in the future can achieve maximum service life and thus save considerable costs. We can also significantly improve the efficiency of tools and processes."

🔍 What challenges do you see for CSP on the technical development side in the coming years and what plans do you have for this?

💡 "Building a platform with a focus on automated and intelligent processes and web capability is a challenge, especially for hardware-related software. Through clean architecture and the massive use of quality measures such as automated tests, fuzzing and pentests, we guarantee a smooth process. When converting proven products, our focus is on long-term users. Getting used to new product components is particularly important. For new user interfaces, for example, we rely on parallel operation with the previous interface. This allows users to familiarize themselves quickly, especially through automation and intuitive user interfaces."

We will be publishing the full interview with Amadeus Lederle shortly. We are delighted with his appointment and wish him a successful start! 🌟
