Project Management Training at CSP

We care deeply about the training as well as the development of our employees, because we know how important qualified employees are for a successful company. Good training is the best way to ensure that our employees have the latest expertise and skills they need to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.

In order to provide our employees with the best training possible, we regularly organize seminars and workshops on various topics that affect the company. Last week, for example, a training session on project management was held for a small group at the Meeting Lounge in Reisbach, led by Klaus Bayer. This workshop equipped our team with the latest skills and techniques they need to successfully manage projects.

“The course was informative as well as very well structured due to the competence on the part of Klaus Bayer as well as the practical exercises in between to deepen the knowledge. For the exercises, the participants were divided into three groups to work on different solutions” said Matthias Salzberger, Team Manager IPM PG. Also the culinary supply did not come too briefly for the course participants.
