We would like to remind you that we have already implemented the "Free Mode" in our PG product for some time. This enhancement provides flexibility and adaptability by allowing the machining of joining points independently from the predefined work plan.

Independent machining: Free mode allows our workers to machine joining points as needed, independently of the specified work plan. This offers you the possibility to react flexibly to spontaneous requirements or changes.

Free Mode Work Groups: Remember that certain work groups have been declared for Free Mode. If you belong to the appropriate group, you can activate the mode as needed to make your work more efficient.

Flexible machining: In Free mode, for example, you can perform bolting and other joining processes as needed and without a fixed sequence. The ability to jump back and forth between the free joining points allows you to adapt the production flow to unforeseen circumstances.

Authorization control: Authorization control ensures security and control of the use of Free Mode. Please use this function responsibly to ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.

Free mode is a valuable enhancement that allows manufacturing variants with a large variety to be processed efficiently. Instead of creating a specific routing for each variant, you can work independently of the predefined sequence and edit the joining points as needed.
