CSP GmbH & Co. KG receives the TOP 100 seal 2024  

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the coveted TOP 100 seal 2024 as a newly crowned innovation champion. This award, which is only given to particularly innovative medium-sized companies, underlines our impressive innovative strength.

We are proud that the renowned science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar will personally attend the award ceremony on June 28 in Weimar to congratulate us on this success. Yogeshwar has been mentoring the TOP 100 innovation competition for twelve years, recognizing outstanding achievements in the innovation sector.

On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the competition, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and his team examined the innovative strength of the participants. More than 100 criteria from five categories were used, including innovative top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success.

Continuous development and the will to break new ground in order to offer our customers constantly improved products and services are particularly important to us. The TOP 100 innovation award recognizes this commitment and enables us to measure ourselves against other top companies.

This year, we are once again underlining our innovative spirit by introducing the "Innovation Day". This initiative gives our dedicated employees the opportunity to use one day a month to develop creative ideas relating to our products and the company and turn them into reality. The inspiring ideas are collected on a dedicated innovation board during Innovation Day and then carefully reviewed by the innovation management team. Outstanding concepts are approved and the team works intensively to further develop and refine the ideas.

To ensure equal opportunities, the TOP 100 seal is awarded in three size categories. In the 31st edition of the innovation competition, 388 SMEs applied and 287 of them now proudly bear the TOP 100 seal 2024. On June 28, all top innovators of the year 2024 will gather at the "congress centrum weimarhalle" for the festive award ceremony as part of the German SME Summit, where Ranga Yogeshwar will personally congratulate them.

The TOP 100 innovation competition has been organized by compamedia since 1993 and honors companies for their special innovative strength and above-average innovation success. Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, founder and director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, has been the scientific director since 2002. The competition's mentor is the renowned science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar. Partners of the project are the Fraunhofer Society for the Promotion of Applied Research and the BVMW association of small and medium-sized enterprises.
