We are delighted: CSP Intelligence GmbH, based in Pilsting/Großköllnbach, has been named one of Germany’s Top 100 SMEs. At the awards ceremony held as part of the German SME Summit on June 26 in Heidelberg, we were congratulated by former Federal President and Minister-President Christian Wulff, who serves as a mentor for the innovation competition.
In the scientific selection process, we stood out in Size Class B (51 to 200 employees in Germany), particularly in the category of innovation success. This marks the fourth time we have been named among the top innovators in this competition, now in its 33rd year.

Quality as an Invisible Competitive Factor

Our positive innovation culture is based on established routines. Our employees submit ideas—drawn from projects or personal experiences—via an internal idea board, receive feedback, and can further develop them during scheduled innovation days. We also value unconventional proposals and use defined criteria to decide whether a project will continue or be discontinued. Clear goals, measurable results, and regular reviews structure the process so that promising approaches aren’t lost in the day-to-day. At the same time, our teams retain their autonomy.
