The future of the CSP Suite: In conversation with Philipp Gläßer

In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, CSP is at the forefront of innovation in quality management systems (QMS). We had the opportunity to speak with Philipp, the Product Owner of the CSP Suite, about his vision, the future of the suite and the role of CSP in digital transformation.

The man behind the vision

Philipp brings an impressive amount of experience to CSP. Having trained as an IT specialist for system integration and with almost a decade of professional experience in various IT roles, he is ideally equipped to lead the CSP Suite into the future.

“Here at CSP, I have been the Product Owner for the CSP Suite since July, which will bring our entire product portfolio closer together, creating added value for our customers,” explains Philipp. Close cooperation with customers, stakeholders, management and technology is important here. This cooperation makes it possible to efficiently integrate the needs and requirements of all parties involved and to develop innovative solutions that ensure the long-term success of the CSP Suite. Through regular exchanges and feedback loops, we ensure that developments are always at the cutting edge and meet the highest quality standards.

The vision for the CSP Suite

Philipp's vision for the CSP Suite is ambitious and customer-centric. “The CSP Suite will be the main entry point into our QMS products and centralize many functions, creating a better user experience with many useful features for our customers,” he says.

Innovative features

The CSP Suite will be equipped with revolutionary features. Philipp highlights two core features in particular: The SingleSignOn function allows customers who use multiple CSP products to switch between them without having to log in again. In addition, the centralization of master data means that tools no longer have to be set up and managed individually in each product, but can be controlled centrally via the suite. “Many more functions and features are planned for the suite in the future,” adds Philipp.

The next steps

The first version of the CSP Suite, which is to be rolled out on customers' test environments from Q1, will include the SingleSignOn function and a central communication interface for tools.

CSP and the digital transformation

Philipp sees a central role for CSP in the digital transformation of companies. “With its constantly evolving product portfolio in the QMS area, CSP can play a major role in the digitalization of production,” he explains.

He also emphasizes the importance of Chronos, CSP's archiving solution: “With Chronos, we have an archiving solution that supports the digital transformation. The data archived with Chronos can be used to train company-specific AI applications and thus create a perfect basis for these applications.”

Trends and technologies

Artificial intelligence plays a central role in Philipp's vision. “We are constantly working on new ideas on how we can further utilize the production data collected by our products,” he says, mentioning the recently released Curves Anomaly Detection as an example of AI-powered innovation.

Challenges and outlook

Despite the challenges, particularly in the area of regulations and laws, Philipp remains optimistic. “We are well positioned with our experts and legal support and will also overcome these hurdles,” he assures us.

Conclusion

With Philipp at the helm of the CSP Suite and a clear vision for the future, CSP is ideally positioned to drive the digital transformation in production. We are excited about the developments to come and the role CSP will play in the changing digital landscape.
