      Hello Johanna, it's great that you took the time to answer our questions. Tell us about your professional journey. How did you come to your new position?

      Johanna: Since February 2020, I have been working as a Project Assistant at CSP. During this time, I've gained valuable insights into the project area through close collaboration with our project managers and consultants. The direct customer contact and getting to know various stakeholders provided me with a solid foundation for my new position.

      What led to your promotion and how do you view the new challenge?

      Johanna: The development was very organic. Over the past months, I gradually grew into the environment of project managers and consultants. Over time, I took on more tasks from the project managers and found that I greatly enjoyed this work. I'm looking forward to focusing even more intensively on these tasks starting January 2025.

      What main tasks await you in your new position?

      Johanna: As the first point of contact for our customers in the project area, I will be responsible for the consulting and implementation of projects. This includes the planning of conceptualizations, training, and commissioning. An important aspect is ensuring the achievement of common goals, both internally and in interaction with customers.

      What challenges do you see coming your way and how do you deal with them?

      Johanna: The technical aspects of the position are still a challenge for me. However, I am confident that with the support of my colleagues, targeted training, and practical work, I will grow well into these areas.

      What skills do you bring that will particularly help you in your new role?

      Johanna: My strengths definitely lie in the organizational area. I enjoy keeping an overview and structuring tasks efficiently. These traits will be very beneficial to me in project work.

      What are your goals for the future?

      Johanna: My main goal is the successful execution of the projects entrusted to me. I look forward to gaining new experiences daily and continuously expanding my knowledge. I see the combination of practical experience and continuous learning as the key to success.
