After once again being awarded the TOP 100 seal, we spoke to our CEO Korbinian Hermann and Product Owner Philipp Gläßer about the significance of this honor and our innovative strength.
The digital revolution in the manufacturing industry is in full swing. While many companies are still looking for the right path, we at CSP have been setting standards in industrial quality assurance for years. Our renewed award of the TOP 100 seal 2025 impressively confirms this. “For us, innovation means not resting on our laurels,” emphasizes our CEO Korbinian Hermann. “With our 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, we focus on agility and continuously adapt. I am particularly proud of the fact that this success does not come from individuals, but from the entire team - from our product owners to our account managers. They all provide the decisive impetus that helps us to create real added value for our customers.”
This innovative strength is particularly reflected in our AI-supported solutions. “Especially in times of artificial intelligence, it is very important for companies to show innovation,” explains Hermann. “You can't rely on the USP of recent years, you have to get more and more out of the data.” A prime example of this is our Curve Anomaly AI, as Philipp Gläßer, Product Owner, explains: “This innovation allows us to detect at an early stage if a screw is not tightened properly - a critical factor when it comes to the safety of people.”
Another key to our success lies in the manufacturer independence of our solutions. “While our competitors are often tool manufacturers whose solutions only work with their own tools, our solutions work across all manufacturers,” emphasizes Gläßer. This flexibility, coupled with our agile development methodology, enables us to react quickly to customer requirements and develop innovative solutions.
“I would have been surprised if it had been any different,” comments Hermann on the third award in a row. In addition to Curve Anomaly AI, we are already working on other forward-looking developments, such as predictive maintenance solutions that can detect tool failure at an early stage.
This continuous development, coupled with our deep roots in the region, makes us a reliable partner for the manufacturing industry. “This award is not a prize for individuals, but for the entire company,” summarizes Hermann. With our dedicated team, close customer relationships and continuous striving for improvement, we are ideally equipped for the challenges of the future.
