CSP receives the TOP 100 seal for the third time

A Great Honor for Our Team:
On June 27th, we were proud to officially receive the award as one of the TOP 100 Innovators among Germany’s Mittelstand companies in Mainz. The seal was presented by Ranga Yogeshwar, who serves as the competition’s mentor. This marks our third time being recognized—and it proves that consistent innovation truly pays off.

Why CSP Was Awarded

In the scientifically supervised selection process for TOP 100, we impressed in size category B (51 to 200 employees), particularly in the category of “Innovation Success.” The evaluation considered factors such as innovation climate, processes, strategy, and, of course, impact on the market.

The official company profile sums it up perfectly: Our strength lies in combining long-standing experience with cutting-edge technologies. For over 30 years, our quality assurance software solutions have supported customers—from medium-sized businesses to global corporations—in making production processes safer, more efficient, and error-free.

Whether it’s real-time monitoring, AI-based anomaly detection, or manufacturer-independent integration—our solutions ensure that quality problems don’t arise in the first place. At the same time, they meet the highest standards for traceability, product liability, and audit compliance.

Innovation Is a Team Effort

What drives us at CSP is the desire to get a little better every day. We rely on agile development, flat hierarchies, and a genuine idea management system that not only collects new suggestions but quickly puts them into practice.

New solutions emerge through direct collaboration between development teams, project groups, and customers. For example, our advanced AI-supported error detection was born out of an internal workshop.

Although our software is used globally, our roots are in Lower Bavaria. In Großköllnbach, we develop technologies that set international standards.

Regional ties are very important to us—among other things, through close cooperation with the EDV School Plattling, where we actively support the development of young talent. Because the future depends on well-trained specialists.
