Towards the end of the year, four outstanding companies were in the spotlight when the award ceremony for the best companies in Lower Bavaria took place on November 20, 2024. Every year, the district of Dingolfing-Landau and the Lower Bavaria Forum recognize the three best companies in the region as well as a promising newcomer. A distinguished jury evaluates the applications according to economic competence, social commitment, ecological awareness and regionality. In this demanding competition, the software specialist CSP GmbH & Co. KG, Einhell Germany AG and OBW Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG came out on top, while Tailor Wine GmbH was honored as a newcomer.
CSP has made a name for itself as an expert in software solutions for quality and process assurance in the production industry. Leading companies from a wide range of sectors, from the automotive industry to battery production, rely on the quality software from Lower Bavaria. Managing Director Korbinian Hermann expressed his pride at the award ceremony: “This award confirms our daily guiding principles. We stand for quality and safety and are always aware that our software solutions can save lives in extreme cases by making production defects visible at an early stage - our zero-error strategy."
CSP not only impresses with its technical expertise and exceptional efficiency, but also with an exemplary corporate culture that focuses on humanity and cooperation. The more than 120 employees benefit from flexible working time models that allow them to balance their professional and private lives. A special office atmosphere is created by the twelve office dogs, which enrich the working day and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.
As a company deeply rooted in Lower Bavaria, CSP considers itself as an integral part of the local community. Whether through the support of associations, social projects or initiatives such as the annual CSP Cup - CSP makes an important contribution to the region.
The award as “Top Company of Lower Bavaria” confirms this approach and is an incentive to continue to take responsibility and actively shape regional development in the future.
