- Analysis of the existing software development process from a technical, architectural and organizational point of view to derive improvement potentials
- Definition and continuous improvement of a holistic software testing concept, taking into account common tools and methods, such as Selenium Tests, Test Driven Development, CI/CD, etc.
- Definition and tracking of quality targets in application development, as well as their downstream processes, such as rollout management or 3rd level support
- Consulting and implementation of in-house trainings in all software quality issues
- Reporting to the management with the help of quality key figures and metrics
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable acquired knowledge, e.g. as an
- IT specialist with relevant advanced and further training courses
- Several years of professional experience in the quality assurance of application software
- Profound knowledge in the area of (agile) application development using different test methods
- Experience in IT service management desirable; ITIL certification is an advantage
- Convincing appearance and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills and technical English skills
- Experience in Java, C# or similar OOP
