- Technical contact person for our customers, remotely and/or optionally on-site at the customer’s premises
- Interface between our customer and our development department
- Solving inquiries and problems within the 2nd + 3rd level support
- Technical pre-analysis, identification and prioritization of problems
- Processing of customer tickets as well as documentation of all requests in the ticket system
- Support of the development department in the quality assurance of our software
- Telephone on-call duty outside office hours by arrangement (rolling system with additional compensation)
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally, a completed IT training, but motivated career changers with interest and enthusiasm for IT customer service are also welcome.
- Good technical knowledge of at least one database (e.g. Oracle, SQL or SQLite) and operating systems desirable
- Experience in customer service is advantageous, as well as in the area of IT installations
- Interest in screwdriving technology or automotive topics
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Customer- and solution-oriented way of working as well as fast comprehension skills
- Good communication skills and professional appearance
- Optional willingness to travel for on-site maintenance
